Eleaf iStick 40W TC MOD - 2600mAh
The iStick 40w looks very much like the iStick 20w/30w mods with nearly identical size parameters measuring 36.2mm by 22.3mm by 77.3mm.
From a design standpoint the only real difference between the two devices is that the iStick 40w has an improved round firing switch (instead of a square one on the iStick 20w/30w) and TC capability.
The iStick TC40w also features temperature control option (for nickel (Ni) coils only) making it one of the cheapest temperature controlled mods on the market.
Other features of the iStick 40w include a decent size 2600mah internal battery, stainless steel 510 threading, lanyard holes and a spring-loaded 510 center pin.
Released in Sept 2014, the original Eleaf iStick (20w) was the first reasonably priced relatively small box mod (but with decent capacity) that could reach 20w, the iStick took the world by storm and revolutionised the box mod in the vaping industry.
The 40w version followed on from the success of the iStick 20w/30w mods, and made the iStick more aesthetically pleasing.

NOTE: Battery Safety
Use special caution when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled.
Make sure the user has enough knowledge of Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging and assembly before use.
Always charge in/on a fire-proof surface.
Never leave charging batteries unattended.
Never continue to use an e-cigarette if you can feel the battery get hot. If your battery gets hot to the touch, orif it begins smelling: DO NOT USE IT ANYMORE. Let it cool down (1 hour) in a safe environment (outside preferably), and dispose of correctly, or make arrangements to return, if still under warranty.
If your e-cigarette or device begins activating itself, immediately remove your atomiser and disconnect the battery. Do NOT trust the battery, nor the atomiser anymore from this point on. This means never leave either of the components connected in your pocket, in your nightstand, or out of visibility where you can not immediately separate the two components.
